We exist to
close the gap.
Between the data a business creates every day and the clarity its owner needs to make decisions, there is usually a six-week delay. We built Vyzn to remove it.
Small business owners across Canada share one frustration: bookkeeping that is always behind, always costly, and never quite ready when a decision has to be made.
Traditional bookkeeping is built around month-end. Records are gathered, coded and reconciled weeks after the money moved — which means the owner is steering using a picture of a business that no longer exists.
Vyzn was built by accountants who have spent years on both sides of that problem: inside companies building the finance function, and in public practice cleaning up what fell through. The answer was never more hours. It was better systems.
CPA run and founded.
Vyzn is what happens when the people who audit the books and the people who build the systems are the same people.
Errol Bruce, CPA
Errol has spent his career building and leading finance teams inside fast-growing technology and fintech companies — owning the books as a financial controller across high-volume, cross-border operations. He pairs deep accounting rigor with a builder’s fluency in technology and operations, and founded Vyzn to give every small-business owner the clarity that big companies take for granted.
Jayash Jani, CPA
Jay built and runs a full-service accounting practice and brings a deep public-accounting background — years in audit and assurance, senior finance and controller roles across industry, and earlier experience in banking and wealth planning. At Vyzn, he makes sure the automation is always backed by the rigor and judgment of a seasoned accountant.
Harry Jani, CPA
Harry spent the better part of a decade in public accounting, advancing into management across audit and assurance engagements. He brings deep technical expertise and a sharp, analytical read on how businesses actually grow — the bridge between Vyzn’s technology and the trusted standards of a professional accounting practice.
