Is VYZN a CPA firm?

No. VYZN is a bookkeeping technology company. Regulated work (tax, compilations, audits) is done by our partner firm, Jani CPA Ltd., the same people who built the checks into the software.

What's the catch with a flat price?

There isn't one, but here's the honest version: the price is flat because the software does the volume. What changes between plans is how many transactions and accounts it's set up for, and how much of our people's time comes with it.

What if I go over my transaction limit?

No surprise bills. Base moves up to Preferred automatically as you grow, and we flag it before your bill changes.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, up or down, whenever the business needs it. Bigger or multi-entity businesses can move to a custom Enterprise plan.

Which accounting software do you work with?

Xero and QuickBooks Online. We post into the file you already have. No exports, no parallel system.

Do I need to send in receipts?

Rarely. Your bank feed drives the books. We ask only when CRA's documentation rules need one: purchases of $500 or more, and some smaller ones where the GST depends on the receipt. Either way we tell you exactly which receipt and why.

How long does it take to get going?

Is my financial data secure?
